In 1565, Don Pedro Menendez sighted the northeast Florida coast, came ashore and founded a city. Folks are still discovering the St. Augustine - Jacksonville area and making it their home. This is an exciting, diverse area of the historic and the modern, golf courses and beaches, new families and retirees, primary residences and second-homes.
